Kili-konka Holiday Villa :: Reservation Procedures

Click 'Book Online Now' and follow the procedure to confirm availability, and make a reservation payment.

Check property availability using the provided calendar.
Use our Reservation Enquiry Form or call us at +255 758 842917 or +1 786 375-9056.
We tentatively block out the dates for you if they are available.

Once we receive your payment, we confirm and block out your chosen dates, and send you a Booking Confirmation.

Once your booking is complete and you have received a Booking Confirmation Number (BCN), we will send you a form to fill out with details about your group. This form is intended for us to get a feel for who you are, and to help us make your stay at Kili-konka as comfortable and enjoyable as we can.
If requested, we can advise you on where to obtain further information to help you organize your holiday.

Cancellations 30 days or more prior to Check-In Date: We refund fully, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee, and a $35.00 non-refundable reservation fee, and any applicable taxes.
Cancellations less than 30 days, but at least 14 days prior to Check-In Date: We retain 50% of the full rental fee indicated in the Booking Confirmation, including any applicable taxes.
Cancellations less than 14 days, but at least 7 days prior to Check-In Date: We retain 75% of the full rental fee indicated in the Booking Confirmation, including any applicable taxes.
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to Check-In Date: We shall not be in a position to process any refunds.
Applicable refunds are initiated within two (2) business days of receipt of cancellation.
